At Nykd by Nykaa, we want you to love your fit; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 15-day return policy on select unopened and tagged items. Please ensure all hygiene seals are intact and original packaging is preserved for a smooth exchange or refund process.

Initiate Request

Log in to your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Pack the Product

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene liners attached to ensure it passes our quality check.

Handover to Courier

A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 business days; please ensure you receive a confirmation receipt from the courier partner.

Quality Audit & Refund

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or Nykaa wallet.
